Returns

Return Policy +

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, including original packaging and labels.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non Returnable Items +

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Skincare and cosmetic products once opened or used
  • Personal care products
  • Earrings and piercings
  • Products explicitly marked as non returnable on the product page
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling

Promotional Orders +

Orders placed under promotions such as Buy One Get One Free or similar bundle offers are treated as a single purchase.

  • All items included in the promotion must be returned together
  • Returning only part of the promotion voids the offer
  • Any remaining item will be charged at the regular retail price
How Returns Work +
  1. Request a return
    Returns must be submitted through our return portal.

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the return instructions, including the return address.
  2. Ship your return
    Follow the provided instructions and ship the item using a trackable shipping method.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Inspection & processing

    Once received and inspected, approved returns are processed for refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • We aim to process refunds within 5 business days after inspection
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges +

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited and rotating stock availability.

If you wish to order a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
