Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? +

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lyova.store with your order number.

We will do our best to process your request before the order is prepared for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Can I place an order as a gift? +

Yes. During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address than the billing address.

Please note that no invoice or price information is included in the package.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs +

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, unless stated otherwise during checkout.

No hidden fees. No surprises.

Estimated delivery time +

We aim to process orders within 24 to 48 business hours.

Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, or external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order +

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.

International Shipping +

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Canada only.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Express Shipping +

We do not offer express shipping at this time.

Changing Your Shipping Address +

Shipping address changes are only possible before an order has been dispatched.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lyova.store.

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Delayed Orders +

While we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak periods.

If your order appears delayed:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest updates
  • Contact our support team at support@lyova.store if you need assistance
